- From the Edit menu, there are 4 rotate options: Rotate Left, Rotate Right, Flip Horizontal and Flip Vertical. To turn MOV file 90 degrees, click Rotate Left or Rotate Right; To turn MOV file 180 degrees, click Rotate Left/ Rotate Right twice or directly click Flip Vertical.
